Unopened Products

You can return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Opened Products

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, opened or used products are non-refundable. However, we offer a one-time exchange or store credit for customers who are dissatisfied with their purchase. Please contact us to discuss your options.

Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will provide a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

How to Return an Item

To begin a return, email us at orders@theroseologyskin.com with your proof of purchase. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the quickest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is processed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since you were notified of your return approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at orders@theroseologyskin.com.
